At B.Brave by Artsy Artisans, we take pride in crafting high-quality accessories with love and care. We understand that accidents can happen, and we're here to help if your accessory breaks within 7 days of purchase through our Repair or Replacement Policy.

Eligibility: To qualify for repair or replacement, your accessory must be purchased from B.Brave and within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Covered Damages: Our policy covers accessories damaged due to manufacturing defects or during shipping. It doesn't cover damage from accidents, misuse, or everyday wear and tear. However, kindly do note that each piece is handcrafted, which means it will not look 100% perfect.
Notify Us: If your accessory is damaged within the eligible period, contact us directly via email (b.brave.my@gmail.com) or whatsapp (+601121187782). Share your order number or purchase info, along with the photo and describe the damage.
Assessment: Our team will review the provided information and may ask for photos or more details to assess the damage. This helps determine if your accessory qualifies for repair or replacement.
Options for Resolution:
a. Repair: If it's fixable, we'll arrange for our skilled artisan to repair your accessory to its original condition.
b. Replacement: If it can't be repaired or if a similar item is available, we'll offer a replacement, subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs: We cover shipping for returning the damaged accessory and delivering the repaired item or replacement. We'll provide return instructions.
Timeframe: We aim to process requests promptly, but repair/replacement times vary based on damage extent and stock availability. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Refunds: If repair/replacement isn't possible due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll refund the purchase price.
Exclusions:
Our policy doesn't cover:
Damage from improper care, mishandling, or neglect.
Accessories modified or repaired by a third party.
Natural changes in appearance or color over time.
